TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

Room rates:
Our rates are inclusive of taxes and service, but exclusive of the local authority tourism tax
which is applicable from May to September. Tourism tax to be paid at the hotel: €0.64 per
night and per person over 13.
- The room prices given apply to a room occupied by the maximum number of people
indicated. The number of occupants may not exceed the number indicated.
The continental breakfast served in the bedroom, or as a buffet in our dining room is priced
7.50 euros per adult and 4.50 euros per child (under 10).
You can select it at the time of booking in Supplement (no. of people x no. of days)
Our hotel is completely non-smoking
Animals are not permitted in the hotel.

Car park:
A car park is available. There are a limited number of spaces and access is difficult. It is only
suitable for small or medium-sized saloon cars. For any information or to reserve a space
please call the hotel.

Reservations:
Reservations are considered firm:

• If they are guaranteed by a bank card. In this case the hotel requests a pre-authorization for the total amount of the stay from the customer’s bank.
• In the absence of a bank card, once the deposit has been received. The deposit is deducted from the total amount due at the end of the stay and is equivalent to: one night for stays of 1 to 4 nights, two nights for 5 nights or more.

Any changes to the dates and/or the number of people must be put in writing (letter, email, fax) and will only be possible after the hotel has given its agreement.

Cancellation:

• All year except July, August and holidays:

Cancellation is free up to 2 days before the arrival date (e.g.: An arrival planned for the 15th of the month may be cancelled without charge up to the 12th of the month at 23:59)
In the event of a cancellation, late change or no show, the hotel will debit from the bank card provided, the amount equivalent to the first night or keep the deposit paid.

• July, August and holidays:

Cancellation is free up to 10 days before the arrival date (e.g.: An arrival planned for the 15th of the month may be cancelled without charge up to the 4th of the month at 23:59)
In the event of a cancellation, late change or no show, the hotel will debit from the bank card provided, the amount equivalent to the first night or keep the deposit paid.

Arrival and departure times:
Rooms are available from 3pm from june to september, from 5pm the rest of the year.
Reception is open from 8am to 9pm in July and August and from 8am to 12am and 4pm to
9pm the rest of the year. Please inform us if you plan to arrive after 7pm.
Guest are requested to vacate their rooms before 11am on the day of departure.
